Follow some simple natural ways to lose your weight.
1. Take your breakfast on time. Don’t skip your breakfast. It helps to maintain the metabolism of the body.
2. Drink more water at least 7-8 glass of water in a day.
3. Avoid eating oily and fatty food items.
5. Follow some regular exercise at least take regular walk for half hour.
6. Include different fruits and vegetable soups for your dinner.
7. Green tea is considered as very good solution for weight loss.
8. Take diet which contains proteins.
9. Try to improve your exercise time slowly.
10. Avoid eating of saturated fats sugar and white carbohydrates.
