More Information

Do you act out with food, sex, and/or spending? Are you in a holding pattern, waiting for life to *really* begin? Are you confused about where to allocate your energy, grateful that you have so many choices, but not really living up to your full potential?

There is relief. I work with individuals, couples, and teenagers of all backgrounds, forming a collaborative relationship where this material can emerge, be worked through and integrated. My goal is to bring awareness to your patterns so that you have choice and freedom in your life.

My specialties include anxiety, relationship issues, depression, and compulsions. My style is relational, warm, and direct. I focus on what's happening in the room, as well as on your past experiences. As a somatic therapist, I work with the body as an ally and vehicle of wisdom.

I am a registered MFT Intern (#52187), under the supervision of Marsha Hiller (MFT #30216). I offer Saturday, daytime, and evening appointment times in my North Berkeley office. My fees are determined based on a sliding scale.

I want you to find a good therapist match so please feel free to contact me with any questions.
